A craft-beer concept for adventurous midlife-crisis drinkers, blending humour with a high-impact visual identity.

Problem:
The brand needed a full identity and asset library to stand out in a crowded craft-beer market.

Process:
Iterated logo sketches into a bold wordmark with custom icons.
Built packaging and merch mockups (caps, mugs, playing cards).

A martial‑arts academy seeking modern relevance—melding tradition with digital-first engagement to attract new students.

Problem:
A respected dojo lacked a digital presence, limiting membership growth and community reach.

Process:
Curated over 20 years of academy history into structured content. Designed & launched an SEO‑optimized website (kenpokarateportugal.pt) Created motion logo, videos, and synchronized Instagram & LinkedIn.

Solution:
A unified brand ecosystem: responsive site, animated logo, videos and social media campaigns optimized for modern engagement.

An enigmatic street‑photography label that frames urban solitude in high‑contrast black & white.

Problem:
High‑contrast street photography needed a brand identity and platform to stand out in a saturated market.

Process:
Developed minimalist B&W logo evoking mystery. Grew anonymous Instagram to 235 followers with curated posts. Initiated Unity‑based 3D gallery design for immersive exhibition.

1. What Data We Collect and How

Contact FormData Collected: Name, email address, and message provided voluntarily by the visitor.

Purpose: To respond to inquiries, such as requests for quotes or other questions submitted via the form.

Storage: These details are sent via Webflow to JR Creative Studio’s designated email inbox. They are stored only in that email account (info.jrcreativeamsterdam@gmail.com) and not in any separate database or CRM.

Cookies & Analytics (Current Status)No Tracking Cookies: The site does not currently use tracking cookies or analytics tools.

Essential Cookies Only: Only minimal cookies strictly necessary for Webflow’s basic functionality (e.g., session management for site administration) may be present. These do not track visitor behavior.

Future Analytics: If analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) or tracking features are added later, this policy will be updated, and a cookie consent banner/mechanism will be implemented as required by GDPR.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

Legitimate Interest / Implied Consent: We process data submitted via the contact form under the basis of legitimate interest—to reply to inquiries—and implied consent, since visitors knowingly provide their details to receive a response.

Limited Purpose: Data is used solely to address the specific inquiry. If in the future we introduce newsletters or marketing communications, we will obtain explicit opt-in consent before sending any communications beyond direct inquiry responses.

3. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Webflow as Data Processor:
The website is hosted on and the contact form operates through Webflow.
Webflow processes form submissions on our behalf.
Webflow may store data on servers that could be located outside the EEA;
Webflow’s terms include standard contractual clauses or other safeguards to comply with GDPR.

No Other Integrations:
Currently there are no third-party tools (e.g., chat widgets, CRM platforms) that store personal data from visitors.
If in the future any such integrations are added (e.g., analytics, newsletter platforms), this policy will be updated to describe those processors, legal bases, and any cross-border data transfer safeguards.

4. Data Retention

Contact Messages:
Messages received via the contact form remain in the JR Creative Studio email inbox as long as they are relevant.
It is recommended to archive or delete older messages after a reasonable period (e.g., 12 months) unless there is a business or legal reason to retain them longer (e.g., ongoing project).

Data subjects may request deletion sooner; see “Rights of Data Subjects” below.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

Under GDPR, individuals whose data is collected have the right to:

Access: Request confirmation of processing and a copy of their data.Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data (e.g., mistaken email).

Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Request deletion of their data if there is no overriding legal or business reason to retain it.

Restriction of Processing: Ask to limit processing if they contest accuracy or have other valid reasons.

Data Portability: Obtain their data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest; in such cases, we will cease non-essential communications.

How to Exercise: Email info.jrcreativeamsterdam@gmail.com with a clear request. We aim to respond within one month; if needed, we may extend by up to two additional months, informing the requester of any delay.

6. Data Security

Transmission Security: Form submissions travel over HTTPS between the visitor’s browser and Webflow’s servers.

Storage Security: Data is stored in Webflow’s infrastructure and in the JR Creative Studio email account; access to the email account is protected by a strong password and (where possible) two-factor authentication.

Breach Notification: If a data breach affecting personal data occurs (e.g., unauthorized access to the email account), JR Creative Studio will notify affected individuals and, if required, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) within 72 hours of becoming aware.

7. Minors

The website is not intended for or directed specifically at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If in the future a form targets minors (e.g., workshop registrations for ages 10–18), appropriate parental/guardian consent mechanisms will be implemented and documented in an updated policy.

8. International Data Transfers

Webflow Servers: Webflow may store data on servers outside the EEA but employs GDPR-compliant safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

Future Services: If additional third-party services outside the EEA are used, JR Creative Studio will ensure appropriate transfer mechanisms or local hosting options are in place, and will update this policy accordingly.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy will be reviewed and updated whenever the site’s data practices change (e.g., adding analytics, newsletter functions, chatbots).

The “Effective Date” at the top will indicate the latest revision. Visitors are encouraged to check periodically for updates.
